I am sure that there are members who knows and understand Chinese; and are Chinese literally.

I am wondering if you are familiar with some translation sites like Babblefish where you can actually type out in Chinese text and translate into English or any language you want.
Also, it can translate English websites for you, too. It would also be helpful for you to check with English to Chinese Dictionary and opposite website.
Now that you have the tools, you will now need to have the courage to use it and look for opportunities to speak and write (type).
