Am I simply just living in my memories?

Very often I feel I do not understand my surrounding,but everyone seems so familiar with them,so I am forced to regard my surroundings familiar,though in fact not,I think I need a lot alot of time to know them,they're really strange for me.

Sometimes certain things or certain views in life come upon to us as such that they are not possible of so in this way we get shocked as such they develop in to imaginations for us which is not to be of so, due to which different things are imagined of so. Such incidents when occur in our life , obtain in our memories as such we feel that as why or how could it be possible.
