Well, mostly, people are somehow still dependent on their parents even though they can already manage cooking for themselves.
Cooking for our self is a good sign that we are somehow independent and we can now stand on out own feet.
Anyways, how often do you cook for yourself?

I have lunch in company from Monday to Friday, and I cook breakfast and dinner for myself.I also cook on the weekend. My mother cooks delicious, she often be invited as the cook for weding parties or other party in our village. So I love cooking since I was a child. But sometimes I am lazy,I go to restaurant with my friends or eat in fast food restaurant alone.

Hi there bestyli.
Looks like you have a hectic schedule up there. It also looks like that you are now independent even though you also like your mother's cooked food based on your description above.
I hope that I could taste one of your mom's cooked food. xD
By the way, thanks for your response and thanks also for dropping by.

Hi there dev987.
I do agree that cooking is as important as eating. Even though you don't cook well, still you must know or learn how to cook for yourself especially if you're old or independent enough to stand on your own feet. As on your case, traveling around the world would really be tiring and a hungriness-calling work so you really must know how to cook for yourself.
By the way, thanks for your response and thanks also for dropping by.

Cooking is not convenient for me right now so I either heat something in the microwave or make salads or other food that does not require cooking.

I like eat home made food, but i don't cook often. because i have other family members who like cooking too. so generally I just cook twice or three times a week.
basically i cook vegetarian meal in chinese way.it's easy and also healthy to me. just on weekends i have meaty meal. usually steak or roast meat.
I want to learn more chinese meals so I can invite my friends coming to try it. so far i have no meals that i can show off in front of my foreign friends. it's a little shame.

Hi there taikixtrain.
That's nice! I do envy you since you already started cooking when you was 10 years old. I am now 17 but still, I don't have that much experience of cooking, but I do want to. xD
I also agree with your line saying that cooking isn't a task rather it's a hobby. xD It is really a fun thing to do.
By the way, thanks for your response and thanks also for dropping by.

This is a very good question since I almost end up buying food outside or eating out on a daily basis. However, I can cook and save some money in the process only during weekends like Saturdays and Sundays when I do not have to rush and hurry to catch up with time. For me, cooking at home is way better than eating fake foods outside.

Hi there Cutie18f.
I do agree with the last line of your response. xD But, food outside isn't fake! If they are, we can't eat them. xD
I am somehow like you also. When I don't have much time, I do take food outside like in fast food chains. But still, I do hope we can find time eating the foods that we cook. xD
By the way, thanks for your response and thanks also for dropping by.
