Hi is myLot available in Philippines? Help!

Hi there... i checked the OFAC of mylot and saw that Philippines is not listed as one of the countries where mylot is not available. but according to my earnings page, mylot cannot send me my earnings through paypal. i already have a paypal account. is there anyone out there from the philippines who already received their earnings from mylot through paypal??? i hope someone answers...

I think there is some person who cash out their earning from mylot through paypal or debit card. That's the news I heard!!! I hope it help you to hear this.
