All's Well That Sells Well?

Initially every company does a very good promotion for their new product and Yes, they supply a quality product as well. Do we always get the same quality of the product or its just to establish the product, companies offer good quality and later on its just quantity? I can see this in our daily life, whether its service of a bank or buying vegetables from road side. All are busy to make customers and once they feel that the customer is satisfied, lets cheat them is the mentality for all the product sellers. Did you feel same as me or you have another side of the story?

Hi ajay, you are absolutely right, all are busy to make customer, but don't forget dear we are living in the era where "PEOPLES ARE USED AND THINGS WERE LOVED" in this era the most powerful thing is money, most of people around the world think that money can by all the things, and we can't ignore the importance and power of money, if you think being sentimental it is not right to do this but if you think practically this is happened everywhere and don't mind friend sometimes we are a part of this bloody happening.

I think you have said it very well indeed! Some businesses spend all their efforts on getting new customers rather than maintaining the ones they have. There's a saying in sales that 80% of your sales come from 20% of your customers and if that's true which I think it is then they are missing the basics. I have seen many large companies keep their cans or boxes the same size but suddently the ounces starts to go down...so they are blatantly trying to trick us with that one! Sad and not the way I do business. I'd rather make less money and be honest and fair then be a rich liar! Take care!!

hi tallygirl09, making customer is quite easy by offering attractive products however its very hard to maintain the customer base. I hope, product owners will understand the customers better then before. Hope for the better product and service. Very nice thoughts :)

This is the mentality of the business men who never think to have the business in long run. If any person want to to grow his business then he need to keep control over the quality.

Yes i think most of the product sellers around are like that. They win your trust, and then then try to cheat you in a scam to make big money. That's my point of view on all of this, but i would be glad to hear all of yours.
