Do you still submit tags when you post?

I usually tag discussion but sometimes I skip it. I don't know how important it is.

i dont put tags after discussion. but when ever i ask any question i do this. actually they are useful for user to search for a specfic kind of discussions. and i think every user here must do this.

I submit tags on my every discussions, whether i create new discussions or posting reply to the discussions. I will only skip when i don't have any idea of what word should i submit as the tag. Sometimes, when i am in a hurry, i tends to skip the tags, too. Anyway, tags are useful way for us to be able to search for our favorite topic more easily. So, it's better to put as much tag, before we submit the discussion.

I don't know important are tags... I know they could help others to find the discussions when they use the search bar. I don't like to submit tags and I hate when after every response I can see the message: tag this discussion'... I just skip this step. First when I was a newbie I was submiting tags, but now I don't.

I always tag the discussion but don't really understand the significance of it.I don't know whats the difference of writing it and skipping it.
