Correct way of drinking water

Here I would like to share the correct and proper way of drinking water:
Drink water when you wake up - It helps to flush out the toxins that accumulated all night.
Drink 8 to 12 glasses a day - Good for health.
Don't wait until you are thirsty to drink water - By the time you feel thirsty you are probably already two glasses below your normal water needs.
Drink water not soft drinks, alcohol or coffee - Tea, soda, coffee can be potentially dehydrating. Drinking alcohol is much worse because it actually dehydrates you by making you urinate a lot.
Drink more water when it is hot.
Drink more as you exercise - To compensate for fluid loss.
Drink more water when you sick even though you don't feel like - it helps to recover your body from various infections.
So everyone try to drink water rather than soft drinks, alcohol, etc and avoid such things which can cause damage to your health. Everyone agree to the above said???
Drink water and be healthy.

Water is my life. without it, i cant survive. I would drink at least 3000ml per day of water. My mom always remain me to drink much water since i was child. So, i would like to thanks for my mom who was really take care of my health.
In fact, for muslim people such as in my country, they has a fast in month before celebrating their New year. In their fast, they cannot eat and drink start from 6am to 7pm. I am really proud of them having a fast like that. If that thing happen on me, i thought i will die because I can live without foods in a day but without water i would get fatal suffer. haha
