Well, I do accept most of the requests. However, I do not accept all at once. sometimes, I take time, may be a week or so to accept requests.

Hi Shanrox
No I don't accept all friends request but I do accept the majority of them the ones that I choose not to accept are the ones that just want to be on your friends list so that they can try and lure you into whatever online venture they happen to be involved in and I get a lot of those ,
I also like to have friend on my list who are in my country USA and also people from other parts of the world its nice to get to know the cultures and interests of other people from different parts of the world

On myLot I accept anyone. I do try to check their profile out to make sure they aren't spamming. If I find out they are spammer then they are automatically deleted. On other websites I only accept people I know, but I consider this a discussion forum so I'm happy to add anyone to my friend list. Right? Take care!

almost all, except for one. everytime i receive friend request, i check out the profile and a few posts just to get the feel of the person. also i check which common discussion we had both participated in. sometimes i get surprised when there would be requests from mylotters whom i've never run across with before in any discussions.
it doesn't matter if he/she is a newbie or an old-timer. what matters to me is that in his/her posts, he wasn't degrading anyone and no consistent usage of foul words.
the only time i did not approve a friend request was from a mylotter who, after a long period of time, did not make at least one post to his name. no post whatsoever, no participation. i waited for about a month more to see if he will do any posts, but he didn't so that's the only time i didn't approve a request.

I dont like getting personal messages from mylot users. I comment on their discussions but other then that I dont really want to get to know them. I connect with people only to see what kind of interesting discussions they come up with for me to comment on. I rarely add friends but I get a lot of friend requests. If someone has a score of over 200 I add them figuring they are taking the time to be active on here and not just going to add me to spam me. I hate when you add someone and they send you a private message trying to get you to buy things or join a site they are on to earn money from you being their referral.

I don't always accept friends. I do accept some friend requests that I receive, but some I choose not to accept. I usually look at the person's profile first. Then I kind of decide what to do. I chose whether to accept them or not. It really depends.
