I want to make a picture video

I want to use you tube to make a picture video and add my own music if some one can just walk me through the process step by step it would be great

As iram said...use that program if you want a very basic video with a song. If you want more you can ask me which programs to use or tell me what you want and i can do it for you. Good luck

Use Windows Movie Maker, it usually comes free with your computer and it's very easy to use!
