Who is the best Rapper now? Theremany who are vying forthe crown. FromZPlies to Mike Jones and many others but the consensus seems to be Lil Wayne who had a monster 2009. With multiple hits. Who do thinkthe best rapper is now.

hi Sourceseeker! I've seen Lil Wayne topping the charts and he's becoming more popular than ever. So with that, I think he got the throne for the best rapper for 2009. I find his style different from others, I don't know but his rap style sells more, I mean, there is a fusion to it, it's like rap/hiphop/pop all in one. But on the other hand, Jay-z has been creating great music for a long time (just in my opinion, haha!) I just love his recent collaboration with Alicia Keys, "Empire State of Mind" I think it's awesome. I think there is a lot out there, ohhh T.I. is cool too! (and cute..haha!) hmmm...but definitely the first two I've mentioned top my list as best rapper today. Happy Lotting!

Thank you Danity I guess your right about Lil Wayne. But others continue to make good music. Even Ludricus is back on the scene. Not Im not sure whom else. I cant be down with South Park Mexican. What he is accused of makes me shy away. What about TI? What about Camillionaire, What about Mike Jones where do they stand?

i think there is no one best rapper. people tastes in rap is different. i for one like nas and jay-z, while others may prefer the more recent rappers. it all depends on your personal taste

my opinion id say its a race between the first breed rappers. meaning jay-z, nas. and i like T.I. Im more for some of the originals meaning that most rap now n days aint that good and original
