Rapid weight lost

I was searching for some tips about rapid weight lost on net and i found an artical on Beyonce who lost 20 pounds in 10 days by Maple Syrup diet .In this diet no solid food is consumed . Instead just liquids like lemon juice or herbal tea or maple syrup and filtered water are taken .Did anybody try it and what was the result beacuse its too hard to believe that such strict diet can be suggested to anyone .

I've never tried it but it sounds terribly unhealthy and slightly unbelievable. I believe the recommended weight loss is 2 pounds a week? I'm currently on a diet and have lost about a stone and a half, so about 21 pounds, however it has taken me about 4 months by eating/ drinking more healthily and doing more exercise.

Thanks for sharing , and yes it sounds so unhealthy lolz. Do u use these things i mean lime juice or maple syrup ect in ur diet . Exercise and sports are best for fitness only diet control can not give us the proper result :)

Well whe nI said more excercise, I just meant about 30 minutes a day doing basic excercise at home such as jogging on the spot.
No, I haven't tried lime juice/ syrup, in face I only have one juice drink a day in the morning and have replaced all other drinks with water as it means less intake of sugar etc. and because there's about 100 calories in a glass of some juices, so it really does make a difference depending on how much you drink. I'm also trying to drink 2 litres of water a day a its made my skin a lot better which is another bonus!
