I was searching for some tips on rapid weight lost and i came through an artical about Beyonce (the singer) who lost 20pounds in 10 days following Mayple syrup diet or the Limonade diet. In this diest no solid food is consumed but just liquid food .
Like water spiked with cayenne pepper,lemon juice or limonade .Did anybody try it and what was the result? Its hard to believe that such a strict diet can be suggested because a complete fast is a key factor in this 10 days diet .The only thing the followers are allowed to put in their bodies is water .

I tried to eat apples for three days, with nothing else but apples. I lost 10pounds in 3 days.

Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. It’s a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You may have your morning cup of tea but have it after a glass of water. It is good for you.

Its also called the master cleanse I did it for 28days i release 26 pounds.It makes you feel great. But there is also a fruit cleanse eating 6 apples a day. Some people combine these cleanses together.
