At last we will have a home of our own that we can proudly claim OURS after several years of renting a house. I am excited to stay at our new home. It has no interior design yet, it is pure bare house. We decided to stay soon for us to cut costs for renting a house. Our parents are not that rich that is why me and my husband are starting with our own. It is very hard. But we have to survive for our son. I hope this new home will bring joy and harmony to our family. We are scheduled on January 28, 2010 to transfer. God bless our new home.

no no no way .. we will argue till end of world , he even wants to renivate the hose as dreamed by the mother ~ to have staircase at the center of the house facing directly at the door, a hyge one too~ which i told him was stupid as ours is a small terrace house and not a banglo ~ a war broke up between us and he said, it was his mommys dream n she tolf it to him n not other siblings, i told him it was coz he was the stupid one the others would have communicated with her ..long story short, i told him i am never sell my apartment as i need a room when the family chase me out
cheers

Hey, that's amazing!! I wish I could find a rent to own home in my area... Good luck, keep working hard! I know it is hard, and I still live in an apartment, that is why I am enrolling my youngest daughter in pre-k this April for the next school year, it is free at the local elementary school, and I can get a job! Hopefully I'll be able to get a house rent to own... Now that the house is yours, why not take the time to enjoy it? Try to get on one of those HgTv shows that remodel your home, or you can go one room at a time, or check a book out from the library on interior designing! God bless you and your family, may you have great joys!!!
