how long do you sleep?

adults supposed to have at least 8 hours of sleep but for me it's different. usually i sleep at least ten hours. i don't know why. i mean that's normal isn't? i only sleep less when i have to. but when it's a regular day, i do sleep more than eight hours. i don't think it's normal for my age. how about you? how many hours do you sleep?

i like to sleep daily 6 hours only.when i was tried its go for 7 hours

you're never gonna believe me. i could sleep up to twelve hours or more if i want to. It's easy to go back to sleep after waking up in the morning, but normally, I wake up after 9 hours or 10 hours of sleep then it's up to me if I want to continue my slumber or get up and feel my energy recharged.

The adverage person is expected to sleep anywhere from 8 to 10 hours a night. However, some sleep some less depending on who you are. I'm not a typical girl myself and I sleep on adverage about two three hours on some nights, and on others I get a bit more I have insominia by nature which sure doesn't help the situation all that much.

I can sometimes sleep for about ten hours depending on the ambiance. I don't have anything to do in the morning so I don't need to wake up early too. I am a nocturnal person and I often go to sleep around 2 to 3 am everyday. I get used to it already and this is what i really wanted to happen. But there are also times wherein I can also sleep for 8 hours or less, especially if the neighbors are already producing noises. I think there is really nothing wrong exceeding 8 hours of sleep a day for some times, as long as not everyday. The only disadvantage of this one is that, it can make us a lazy person and our blood will circulate poorly in our entire body.

I think the average person sleeps for 7 hours a night. I think most people would sleep longer if they could. Before light bulbs were invented people slept from sun up to sun down. That could be a myth. lol
I sleep for about 5 or 6 hours a night. 7 on a good night. 8 on a really, really good one.

normally, adults needed to sleep for 8 hours but it was hard, remember day-to-day activities of adults differ from children's activities .. myself, at least only have 5 hours to sleep
