Finally decided what to give my friend

for her birthday! I was belly-aching a few discussions ago about what to give this friend of mine.
I made her gift over the weekend! I decided that instead of very expensive fresh flowers, I would just alter a photo frame, and personalise it with her name and some nice decoration from my scrapbooking stash. So now it's all done and waiting for her birthday to arrive when I can give it to her!
Have you ever made a friend something for their birthday? Other than a card?

THat's so lucky of her, to be receiving a gift from u, especially when it's something u are talented and good in doing!! hehe 
I guess she will appreciate it much ^_^ For me, i have made gifts for friends as well, but only for those whom i'm courting at the time.. lol =D Other than that, i will normally be buying, and most of the time, cards will be the simplest of all, if not flowers.. haha =D

one month ago, there was my sweetest friend birthday on that occassion i gifted her my own produced gift that was a little wind chime that i make with the fine aluminium wire and with aluminium bells...
she feel very happy by accepting my gift...

I think I am good in baking so I usually bake for my friends. I bake birthday cakes for them too. Even though its not their birthday, I always give them anything that I bake. They like it very much and I love the feeling that they like what I bake for them.
