What are the factors which would push you to resign from your current job and why?
Personally, one of the things which would make me entertain the idea of resigning from my job is when I see that there is no opportunity for career growth/promotion in my current company. How about you?

Well, when I am no longer comfortable with what I do, I think that would be time that I would quit. One thing that is important for me how I love my work. For as long as I love it, then I would enjoy and love reporting to work all the time. Of course the pay also matters but its the second thing that I consider. If ever I have to work on a high paying job but does not like my work, I would rather work on something that I love to do.

By God's grace, I am able to do other activities after office. Activities which I really enjoy doing. There is more to life than the regular 8-hour work. Therefore, if the company will placed me in a schedule which will affect the activities i do outside - that would mean launching out of the company.

I resently quit a job at a factory. I have been there over thirteen years, but I value my health over work. I quit because of no accomendations for me either on the assembely floor or in the office. They would not let me wear a couple of tints stronger than regular safety glasses, and besides that I developed osteoarthritist in my neck and lower spine. I am not working any where now, but atleast I am happier now than in there.

I loved my job and had given my company three years to rectify their mistake. They paid me much lower than the others in my position and I was creating all the data. So I quit and when I gave in my resignation they immediately offered to pay me what I was asking for.
That is when I realized they were exploiting my abilities and left the company.
