Do you hate going to hospital?

Hi, monkeylong. Yes, i think if someone have no disease, he/she must be not willing to go to the hospital, unless he/she is work in a hospital. LOL

I am one of those people who hate to go to hospital. That is one reason why I didn't take up a medical profession. I can't think of being in hospital for the major part of my life. I don't like the atmosphere there. I don't like to see people cying while taking injection or at the pain of loosing their dear ones. It is a place of pain and not a place of happiness. The only happiness there is the birth of babies.

Last year, i have an accident. I broke my left arm, i have an operation, placing a stainless metal on my arm. Now, i am a walking cyborg.. Now, i don't like going to hospital. I have a little trauma on it..

Hospital For Me is a Terrible Place... I Don't Like It... Can't Say That I Hate Hospital,but Just Don't Like It... Few Times I was Left There For a Weeks When I Was Little Boy, so Remember Till Now It... Eh...

Wow that's so weird every hates going to the hospital? I LOVE the hospital and it's kinda funny cause i wanna be a nurse maybe that's why? I love the hospital it's so interesting all the equipement and stuff. When my mom has an appointement i beg her to go. Then again, i don't want to offend anyone here, especially those who have had bad illnesses i feel really bad but by all means don't be offended it's just, to me, and intriguing place it's amazing the work they do there, i really want to help people in the future. I find it helps if you like where you work, so there you go.

Do you mean by hospital the place where most sick people stay so that they can be cured or the other place where you simply visit the doctors if your sick or if you need something else? Anyway, no I wouldn't really say that I hate going to it. Well, ok.. I didn't like to visit it when I was a child and its not like I would be that happy when I have visit it now but its something that we have to do to make sure that we stay healthy..

of course, i do it is quite expensive and it is very lonely being in the hospital. seeing other patients could only makes me feel sick, i prefer to be confine in my home except in emergency cases so i would have no choice but be in hospital. I saw too a lot of dying patients, and family mourning, hospital staff running endlessly attending to emergency cases, the worried faces and the pain reflected in the patient eyes they really look like a battle scenes very sad scenario for me. But the best things which happen to the hospital when i care fro my sister while giving birth to her fraternal twin, seeing my niece and nephew is really a wonderful feeling, looking at the cute innocent babies with tiny hands and beating hearts is a wonderful sights to behold, those are the real joy seeing a new life in the hospital is very amazing while those sad ones i try to avoid as much as possible.

When I was a child I hate hospital.I didn't like the smell of the hospitals.I don't like the injection.I am afraid of getting injections into my body.I hate it.Now I got used to hospitals as I went there often when I father was ill.Now a days doctors are professional and they just treat you like robots.They come and diagnose and leave the place without telling you what they are doing,this should change.

....Hi there monkeylong, I was born at home on my grandmother's farm. I have never liked hospitals. I don't like the smell at all. Once, when I was hospitalized there was a very old lady in the bed next to mine who would groan all night. I woke up one night to a lot of motion at her bed. The next morning she was gone, she had passed. I slept for days because I was depressed from the entire situation. People should try to stay healthy to stay out of hospitals, they do good work helping people, but they can make you sicker. Take care.

if i have to sit down and wait more than a hour then yes i hate going to the hospital.

Yes in fact I too hate going to hospital due to the smell of mixture of chemicals and Medicines.

I'm afraid to go to hospital because of the reason I'm afraid to know my illness and I'm afraid what will be the doctor saw about me.

i seriously dont mind if i am sick or to visit someone else. i have a number of doctors whose office happen to be in a large teaching hospital in my city so its no biggie.

About 4 years ago I would have been exactly the same with my dislike for hospitals, especially as back then the only time I had been to hospital was to visit someone. But since then I have been in and out of hospital for a series of medical reasons and now my dislike of hospitals has gone. It's just become another place I have to visit once in a while and there's not a lot, actually nothing, I can do about it.

I really hate going to hospital and its always a sort of horrible experience to me to goto hospital and experience certain uneasy and uncomfortness there and I always try my best to stay away from there. Since my Chilhoood I have the feeling that I must avoid hospitals and a peculiar smell of the hospital,( mainly the anti bacterial lotions) make me somewhat end up in an uncomfortable zone and I am really happy to see here that there are more people of my category

I believe that the hospital is is a great resource and I love the fact that we have the ability to be able to go the the ER if we have an emergency. I hate going to the hospital, I hate having to even think about taking my child to the hospital, but if the condition is severe, then a hospital visit is needed and might just save the life of yourself or someone you love. I don't think anyone wants to go to a hospital , or looks forward to going. I hate the fact that when you walk into an emergency room there may be thirty people in there with a cold ,and ten people in there with a true emergency. I think that is the only real thing I hate about hospitals. But, when it really counts, I haven't ever been to a hospital and not been helped and cared for like I or whomever I was with needed to be.

Hey dude, Now,I really like it... all the people at my hospital when I went were really nice and welcoming... they didn't make me feel bad atall and it made it so much more relaxing and not frightening. I hope that answers your Question !

ya monkeylong u r right.... going to hospitalwithout any disease is like eating a cake without sugar...it really suxx... i pity the nurses and doctors who go daily to see someone orthe other cry in pain... thank god i have never been to a hospital without having any disease... :P
