i wonder.....although McDonalds claims that they use fresh produce for their products, one has to wonder, how much is considered unhealthy? 3 or 4 meals per week? Carbonated drinks are sure as hell not healthy considering the huge sugar content. but what about the food?

I think that the fast food restaurants aren't all that healthy so I would say that McDonalds food is enough to have it about once or twice a week, depending on what you order.

I don't think there is much that is healthy about McDonald's. Even if the food is fresh it does not mean it is healthy. And I don't much of the food is fresh beside the salads and yorgurt. I think that everything is frozen when it comes to them.

My wife and I have cut it down to less than once a week and both noticed we lost weight a lot easier. My suggestion would be to only eat there as a special treat or if you have no other choice.

McDonald's should be an occassional meal. Not even a once a week regular thing. It is okay, just every once in a while to have it. But, in general, fast food is not healthy. Think about it, wold you make a burger and fries -- or worse a fried chicken or fish sandwich -- 3 or 4 times a week at home? Of course not. You know the preservatives are bad. It doesn't make it better because you are eating a "restaurant."

Like another member said, watch Super Size Me! That will def put things into perspective and make you not ever want to touch that food again. Altho this movie takes it to the extent of things...it does def show you that this food is not at all good for you...especially in considerable amounts.
