Same here. I have recently joined some survey sites which was referred to me. Since we were new to this, we knew nothing and so we tried. But like you, I am very dismayed since the site offers a good pay but then does not provide surveys regularly. Even if I had answered the surveys I still can't get paid because of the quota that is needed. How am I supposed to reach the needed quota it if I can't do something to attain it.

OpinionOutpost is great and is my personal favorite. I also do Suveyhead. Surveyhead pays but slow and is hard at times to qualify for surveys. You should go to the web site surveypolice.com they review survey companies, list complaints from actual survey site members, and even rank the sites accordingly. It is where I would begin. I also do Pineconeresearch.com. They only send you surveys that you are qualified for. So you don't get as many, but you know you will earn money from it. They pay $3 per survey and send you a lot of items to test if you are interested (food, shampoos etc.) You can get the money put in your Paypal account, so you get it within 48 hours. They are ranked #1 on the surveypolice site.

i like Value Opinion, which gives you 2 "bucks" per survey on average and several surveys per week. You will have to have at least $20 to redeem gift-cards. I always use those "money" to redeem Amazon gift cards.
This is not a site to make much money but to have some gift-cards to treat yourself. Enjoy!
