Oygen is a basic need of course but that's so obvious that nobody is even mentioning that when they are talking about primary needs.
If I had to make a little top list I would say:
1. Water.
2. Food.
- You can survive without water for about 2 or 3 days without food you can survive, depending on your body condition, a week or 4-6 or longer depending on your vitamin intake.
3. Shelter.
4. Love. Very important to have somebody around you who is capable to care about you.
5. Proper clothing, especially in colder climates. Otherwise it's kind of hard to get out of your shelter and enjoy the environment.
Guys please edit, discuss criticize my list to your likings. ;)

Hi there duaatheangel.
Those things you have mentioned are basically the necessities of Human. But, in my own opinion, the most necessity that a person really needs are family, friends or someone to socialize with.
As they have said, "Human Beings are social animals..."
We need to socialize so that we could live much happier. xD
