how to keep healthy and fit?

There's no easy fix for keeping healthy and staying fit. You have to eat healthy nutritious foods. I try to incorporate the 25 superfoods into my diet every week. I call myself a fish vegetarian which means that 5 days a week, I eat a primarily vegetarian diet and once a week, I eat fish that is high in omega threes. On Saturday, I eat whatever I want. I go to the gym six days a week and weight train for about 20 minutes a day and do alternating cardio work outs for 30 minutes. After dinner DH and I try to take a walk every night after dinner for a half an hour or so.

by eating a balanced diet and exercising daily.
We have heard it said so many times but when i follow it I definitely look and feel better. Even 30 mintues of exercising (walking will do) makes a difference!
