will your family be important for you or will you shift your responsibilities at home to others by hiring babysitters and caregivers?

My child and family will always come first but when you look at it some time is going to have to be put for work because if your not working then you cannot provide food, clothes,a house, or any other things your family needs.I do not agree with prople who all they care about is work work work.I think that eveyone needs to spend time with thier family.Although my career will have high priority my family will always have to come first.

I love my job and I have been on it for twenty years, but I must say my family is more important to me. I will do almost anything for them except go to Hades. My children are big kids. My oldest is twenty. My middle is 16 and my baby is thriteen, I'm very fortune that I really do not need a baby-sitter because they are able to take care of themselves until I get home.

For me... Both is important. I need my family to make myself whole and my career to improve myself esteem and accomplish my dreams. I will do whatever to make things work and manage my time when it comes to this. It'll be hard and a lot of sacrificing will happen but it will and can be done.
