once again sachin showed that he can play good innings in these age .
sachin scored a well made 143 to score his 45th century in test cricket.
dravid also supported him well and scored 111 .sewag and gambhir scored half century.
at the end of 2nd day india are 459/5 and has a lead of 226 runs in the first innings.the plan will be to bat once.
so indians are now in the driving seat and there is no doubt that india will win the match.

Although he is an outstanding batsman and one of the all time greats His stats are inflated by the fact he plays the likes of Bangladesh regularly. The Batsman I consider as the greatest of all time is Brian Lara. West Indies regularly played the likes of England and Australia so the competition was stronger. I would say that if Lara and Tendulkar had been on the opposite team then Brian Lara would probably have had more than 55 Test Centuries.

England have beaten Australia twice in the Ashes in recent years so they can't be that bad. What I am saying is that whilst he is undoubtedly one of the greats he does regularly play against the lesser teams whereas Lara regularly played England who have been a pretty good side for the past ten years or so.

They do have other great Batsmen but I said that Tendulkar is one of the best in history so obviously I don't think he's a bad player. In my opinion Sehwag, Dhoni and Ganguly are also fine batsmen but Tendulkar is the best of them. I just feel that he's not the best ever due to certain factors and one of them being the competition compared to others.

No doubt about that Sachin Tendulkar is great player in the world. As he is great ....should keep Big Heart and give an opportunity to young player Like, Manish Pandey, Badrinath and Kohli. If you are great and not at all leaving like Bagladesh team. then its really panic for our young cricketers. Sachin did 100 ........whats new he must 500 runs then he deserve to compare with GREAT BRIAN LARA. Sorry for Sachin BUT TRUTH NEVER CAN BE CHANGED.

Sachin is really playing very well he is in really great form from past some years in both test and ODI he scored 90th century in the international cricket most century by any player in cricket and we all hope that he score 10 century more to became the first player to score 100 century.
