If you are, what is your experience with the company you're with? Are you getting paid on time? Are you satisfied at all? What are the best affiliate sites you can recommend that really allow you to earn money?

I'm using an affiliate site. It pays $0.15 per free referral, $0.05 for every referral that your referral makes and $0.02 for every referrals your referral's referral makes! that is three tier.
