How you keep your body fit ? By exercise or dieting ? Or both?

I always do exercises in the morning to keep myself fit. How do you keep yourself healthy ? By regular exercise or/and dieting ??

I am really bad at that...I don't get to exercise that much. The only exercise I get would be walking when I go to work and when I go home. I also try to maintain my vitamins and eat fruits.

It is nice to hear that you maintain your diet. Even walking for 30-40 minutes a day is enough to maintain a good physic. I hope by walking from office to home is nice habit and this would definitely reduce the extra fat from your body. So, keep it up. Thanx for sharing.

I am on a college campus - dieting is just not possible with our food choices. So, I do what I can to work out whenever possible. Ive been overweight my whole life and now I am doing something about it. Something that should be easier when I go home for the summer and have many more options about the food so I can do both diet and exercise.

Yes, it's very difficut to have dieting when you dont have the choice what to eat especially when you dine in college canteen. But you are over weight. So, you should think the better way keep youself fit. Thanx for sharing.

Exercising is what I do. That is the best way to stay healthy as far as I am concerned. And it really does not take all that much time and effort out of my day, which is an obvious plus. I used to fall into the diet trap. However, I learned that when I go on a diet, for some reason I actually gain more weight. I think its because it is rather stressful to keep the diet. You are much better off exercising, as this is a much more efficient way to stay fit. Diets often may work for a short time but the weight comes back with a vengeance later on.

I think you are absolutely right. There are a lot of people who could not control themselves to prevent consuming tasty food items although they know that those items have very high amount of fat and can cause lot of problems in future. They live for today without thinking for tomorrow. So, for those people exercise is the best remedy to prevent from being obese. Thanx for sharing.
