What has caused the Ethiopian airline's plane to crash?

The plane had disappeared from radar a few minutes after take off. Flight 409 left Rafik Hairini International Airport in Beirut about 2:30 am and wad headed to the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa.
What do you think is the cause of this terrible crash?
