hi carrine Well I made sure I was dressed appropriately then went over my resume and smoothed out my uniform. As I was applying at that time for a job in the hospital as a nurses aide, I came in white uniform, white stockings and white shoes. Because at that time hospitals were notoriously understaffed I was informed at once that I was hired. HOwever this was many years back. I had already had some work experience which really helped and I loved the work too. For the last job I came dressed casually and when I showed I knew how to shelve and alphabetize books, I was hired within five days. that job lasted me twenty odd years. It was a happy experience for me too.

very good of you Hatley! we do have to look good and confident enough for the said interview because they can noticed it if what prepared are you during that interview. the more you feel nervous, the more you stutter.
