dare you swim in winter?

i saw some guys swim in the cold winter, also i like swimming very much, but i don't dare to do that. and i heard that it is not suit for anyone, is that ture? dare you do this?

I am a person who is scared of the cold weather. I will wear a lot in winter. So it is not possible for me to swim in winter. I even can't wear less in winter. I love China

Our winter can be below 0 at times so no I do not swim in the winter unless I am inside and am dry when I leave the building.
