What does 2010 mean for you?

The years seem to fly by faster and faster. 2009 has gone, and we are just about through the 1st month of 2010. I have some great hopes for this year. I suppose i do every year. The kids are growing up before my eyes, and my beautiful granddaughter is already 6 months old. I just wish the best for my family and friends, and hope everything works out for all. If you are going through hard times, my thoughts and prayers go to you. So what does this year hold for you?

Well so far so good
I am about to move to a new Home which will be a lot warmer and smaller so easier for me to cope with as it is getting harder to keep this one the way I like to keep it so the New Year has not started of to bad

Hello Kay...this looks like a year of hardship as I look over my budget and see that I need to severely cut back where I can because of rising prices. When I first came here everything was rosy but my income has reduced and prices have increased. I just don't know how I can continue this way. At least I'm right for a while and you just never know...good things can be just round the corner. I'm certainly heaps better off than some.
Dad remains on my mind as he is really well but at the same time I see a little deterioration each time I visit. He is definitely shrinking, he is still healthy though but his strength is waning. He has not lost his sense of humour. The girls from Homecare come twice a week now and he has someone come once a week to give him a tub, wash his hair and his back and tend to the growths on his back. He loves having that attention. I used to do it then my sister took over and now he has it done regularly.
Of course, the grandchildren are a great source of wonder and pride. My eldest granddaughter is now taller than me and going very well with her music. Her sister is both sporty and musical and is a school prefect this year. My other two grandchildren don't have any hobbies or sports. My only grandson is a computer guy and spends all day and night on the laptop...not sure what he does. He is developmentally disabled and will be 21 this year. He doesn't work.
Safe to say 2010 for me means more of the same although I hope to lose some weight and regain some of my mobility.

This year is a good year for me. It means a lot of opportunity for love,career and money.
One event that excites me early this year is that I was able to discover this site. I found it good and great, And I see my self doing writing here inn my lot in months or years ahead.
I think this is a good good year for me.
