why some artists' fame die young?

i am pretty sure a lot of you know some artists who are "one-hit wonder". where are they now? why do these artists disappear like a flash? do you have any idea?

Hmmm. In my opinion, it's probably due to a LOT of new artists coming up, that the old ones become easily obsolete. Especially nowadays, a lot of new RNB/hip-hop artists appear that you can't even identify who's who.
It could also be because of attitude problems. Not directly related but it can affect the artist's popularity in some ways. Take Chris Brown for example. Because of what he did to Rihanna, he immediately lost a lot of supporters.

yeah. the population is growing really fast in music industry.and attitude is another factor.
