last night I didn't sleep well. Actually I often don't sleep well. I do not why. How about you?

These days, i can't sleep well too. I don't know why either. I think that's because i have so many unresolved problems. That makes me have insomnia. Thats really bad. Because of that, i always get sleepy when i'm in office. And i can't really focus to my job. My job need me to think a lot, so if i feel sleepy i cant concentrate to do my job. Its really torture me when i didnt sleep well at night.

I am forever having a problem trying to get off to sleep as when i go to bed i seem to lay there for along time as well as wriggling about trying to get comfortable.Even if i go to bed early i still do not goto sleep until 2am.My son sleeps in my bed as well as he suffers from night frights so he disturbs my sleep as well when he wakes up as i have to get up to him.So i never get alot of sleep any night.

actually sometimes I cannot get sleep well in the night just because I have slept a lot during the daytime...
But now I begin my school life so that I can't go to bed in the daytime. And in the night , because I always feel tired after coming back from school, I go to bed earlier than 12 o'clock .
In my opinion ,you could try to get bed a little earlier . Don't stay up the whole night . Try some milk before going to bed but not to much.

Hi friend
I sleep well last night. I even dreamt of something.
I used to do some exercise before going to sleep. I find that doing some calisthenics and some stretching can set me to sleep at night. I also do some relaxing technique using deep breathing and visualization.
