MAN United may never win a trophy this season

Analyzing the present inconsistent form of the red devils, it will be no much surprise if the red devil are hunted by their own shadow. Chelsea are on the right cause to winning the Barclays premiership. I am a bit optimistic that a premiership team won't be winning the Champions league this season at least not Man Utd.

You may feel its an optimistic Manchester United fan speaking but I honestly believe that the Premier League is within United's grasp. The difference between United and Chelsea is only a point right now and United seem to have hit top form at the right time. Defensive crisis seem to be getting over and Rooney's on red hot form. Add to that, Chelsea have their own injury worries. Ashley Cole's out for the season, Bosingwa hasn't recovered fully yet and Terry's off field problems. The premier league is definitely achievable. Coming to the Champins league, I agree it won't be easy at all. Actually I won't be surpised if United cannot even make it to the semis. Its only getting tougher and it takes only 1 mistake or a moment of brilliance and the team's fortunes change. Lets just wait and see as the season unfolds.

i agree about inconsistency manutd's game,, that happen because some defenders, like rio ferdinand and nemanja vidic back to injury for a long time..... but now they have recovery from injury.... now rio and vidic can be a strong wall in line defence.. they are great defender...

Man U will give chase to Chelsea in the EPL, though currently Chelsea are in pole position. But in the champions league they have a great chance and tomorrow we will see what happens in the Carling Cup. Though Man City has a goal advantage, Man U just need a 1-0 victory to move on. I think they have every chance of doing so, especially looking at the way City defense is looking this season. Cheers! Ram

Well, it depends. If you look back Manutd have never played with the same defense for over 15 games so that certainly doesn't help. Also, Berbs got injured and we weren't consistent on the wings. So actually we did a good job with all the trouble we had. I still think we have a very strong squad compared to the others.
