overeating

i wanna lose weight.i noticed i'm getting fat nowadays because of my sedentary lifestyle.and what irritates me the most is my older sister keeps on telling me that i'm fat.im not that fat really it's just that i gained more weight than before.whenever i feel hunger i can't help myself but eat something.so what's the best and effective way to restrain yourself from overeating?LOL ^_^

it had been a theory in bionos, i think, that the one should eat what one wants otherwise the body would continue looking for that certain food whilst taking in and taking in something one doesn't crave for which would thus result in weight gain. that is reach for a chocolate if you want and not a carrot. you wouldn't feel satisfied and thus would reach for another carrot or a banana then a melon or something else which is healthy. but the calories had piled up already. it would have been better if you just took that chocolate, right? but follow the recommended servings.

So what, if you gained a few. Whose body and life is it, definately not your sister,s. Everytime you feel hungry, rather eat some fruit. But i think the only solution to this little problem is, you are actually bored with yourself. Get something to keep yourself busy with. That will be a start and take a walk, if the weather allows it. Such small things will keep your mind of eating. Good Luck.

just eat when your hungry and eat until you are full or dont feel hungry. Another tip I have learned is not to sit down a lot because it will help you lose weight overtime faster.

Find something to distract you. Try to understand why you're "hungry..." Thirst is often mistaken for hunger. If you've gone through a lot of changes mentally or physically try to pull yourself back and understand what and where these changes are coming from. Allow yourself to be active again. Going for a 30-minute walk will make all the difference. Make sure you are not eating too much SALT AND SUGAR. Those two elements pack on the pounds. If you're still hungry after analyzing yourself, start training your brain to crave veggies and fruit. Raw carrots and broccoli and nuts are a great way to curb your hunger. Good luck.

Don't bother about others. Be in yourself. Basically the person can eat only if has space in stomach in other words if little bit hungry. Then there is no wrong in that to eat. But at the same time you see to it that you burn enough calories from your body. Use Gym or walking or jogging etc. Use stairs instead of Lifts. If you need to travel a short distance(walkable distance) then don't use your vehicle. If you burn enough calories then there is no way to feel for fatness.
