I'm having trouble with my PC. It can't start using the normal way, so I have to choose the safe mode.
When I read the instruction, it says that I need to disable my anti virus and disk defragmenter. I've tried it but there's no change at all.
Well, it's an old computer (2000) and soon enough I will buy the new one. But before that, I want to hear your opinion regarding this problem.
Oh, I also used IOBitDefender and System Care Advanced, but they don't detect any virus and spyware. The last time I use my Anti virus said that too (I used CA Anti virus).

the only thing that I can say to solve your problem is to install or reformat your computer, in this way all your problems will be solved and I recommend NOD32 for your anti-virus because I doesn't take up that much memory and try installing tune-up utilities after you reformat your computer.

I hate to admit that's the most common answer I have received, even from a PC technician. Yeah, NOD32 is pretty good, but I hate it when NOD 32 logo pops in front of my screen as soon as it starts up. But still good scanning and memory friendly.

I think your system at some serious risk.. so you may not start your computer normally.. or any virus may affacted your system.. and some important file are missing from windows directory.. i think you may restore your system on last known good working days.. i think your problem may solve my song this.. and if problem not solved.. then you should format your system..
