Real Housewives Series

Does anyone watch this series on Bravo? Orange County? New Jersey? Atlanta? New York? It is much criticized but is growing in popularity all the time. I don't care how frivolous it is considered, I love it! It's replacing the modern day soap opera. I haven't missed an episode since I discovered the original series of the Real Housewibes of Orange County. I must admit that I'm a bit disappointed with how the series is headed. It used to be about "real" housewives and their trials and tribulations, much like our own but except they just had a ton of money. Now it's more about catfighting and sitting in restaurants eating. Oh well, I still watch. Anyone have anything to share about the series?

I was deeply affected by the friendship between the women. I also the pronounciation of oral English.

hi dancedive (cool name ) My girlfriend has been telling me for awile that I needed to check out this series..so I finally sat down to an episode on the New Jersey housewives last season...and I am a bit ashamed to admit that from that very first episode I have seen i have been hooked. I now am watching the housewives of orange county and am looking forward to the new seasons of Atlanta and New Jersey! Sometimes I think the spending is a bit overboard, especially in this day and age- but its the reality they live in...so its whatever in my book. If people are offended by this, they have the choice of changing the channel and watching something else.

Who cares! It's fun and mindless entertainment. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. Really this franchise is just a modern day soap opera, just a new format for today's style of television if you really think about it. I have a blog devoted to strictly reality tv and series like this. Just for fun. Let me know what you think of Atlanta. Oh and New York has started and it's pretty good too.
