how can to be a good sleeping....

I'm sure that every people have some problem with sleeping. I have read many articles about this problem. Sometimes I just laugh when I read this article cause I never have problem about sleep. But when I'm 16 years old, I have some problem with sleeping. I always wake up in the middle at the night, and I have a bad dream.
After I read some article about sleeping disorder, I'm understood that many kinds causes can make sleeping disorder. I know that many activities make our body become weak.Beside that many problem from surrounding make we got bad psychologist and it can make got a bad dream.
After I decrease my activities and increase to consume fruits and vegetables, And take some sport everyday or a week, I'm success to be up againts my problem :)
How about you?Have you some problem about sleeping?and what are you doing to be up againts?

Hi Emma,
To have good sleep, i drink a glass of milk. hot quick shower. i do some stretching exercise. i give myself a soft massage, pray and relax my mind. soft and mellow music also helps to calm you down until you fall asleep.

Well, my problem is not being able to sleep immediately. Specially when I'm doing a project or thinking of doing a project...I just cant get myself to sleep. My mind is just busy thinking of the things that I can do or want to do.
I know the answer to my problem would just be..to relax. lol...its just hard to do so when I'm really excited over something.

i feel like that too when i have many kinds of project and i don't have any idea to finished all. But, i can handle all, cause i always write all of my idea in note, and i will use my idea for my next project. I think when i do it, i have many kinds idea to finished my project and i can sleeping well :)

sometimes i do have sleeping problem expecially when i was exciting. I use some methor to make myself fall of sleep again.
one of them is i may image myself in a plant where there are lots of horses. then i start to count the horses. one by one....then I fall of sleep.
the other methor is imaging myself laying on a beautiful beach. then i tell my body from toe to head to relax in mind. i tell my toe to relax, foot to relax, kneel to relax, leg to relax, button to relax,finger to relax, and so on. till every part of my body feel relax and fall of sleep.

yep some people count like you. But you are so funny...you count horses. Many people choose count goat than horses LOL...
but i think it's okey, as we feel better and can get a good sleeping, we can do that :)
