I would rather say I am assertive and bunching together assertive with agressive can be misleading. Agressive is being inclined to behave in an actively hostile fashion. I think it is OK for women to be aggresive and go for what they want as long as what they want is free to take and not someone elses. Personally I don't feel that I am really an aggresive woman, but I have never had to be, I figured if a job was to be mine it would be mine and if a man was interested in me he would make the first move.
