Do You Use Your Profile Preferences?

I see so many members advertising their blogs or their main earning program in discussions here. And sometimes the blog has an interesting title. So I pop over to their profile real quick to check them out before going to their website or blog. But, most of the time I have to go back to the discussion...why...because they have not filled in their website under preferences. This is a no cost advertising perk that Mylot offers all of their members. So if you haven't done this already you should. I get traffic from Mylot to my blog, so I know members see this feature and they use it.

Thank you for the great advice and reminder for us new to myLot. I know that I have still not set up my profile the way that I want it and appreciate the heads up. No cost perks are always a great help and I am working hard to get my plan together in order to promote more effectively.

Your Welcome!
There are so many avenues that you can use to promote for free. Most take effort to get the wheels in motion...but the results are worth the time and effort.

As far as I am concerned, I think I seldom use my profile preferences which I think is not a little convenient for me. I just saw the person from the outlook which I think is some enough. But sometimes, if I want to know the person , that way will I look at the profile preferences carefully.

The whole idea of social networking is to get to know other members on some level. And profiles are a great way to expand on that.

It doesn't matter if it is in English or not, just add a translator to your site.
