In this complicated world we live in today, we see big evidence of corrosive elements targeted to injure and destroy our youth, and one of the most corrosive elements is the influence of gangs. This is a serious concern that needs our immediate attention. The impact of gang influence is reflected by studies on crime trends that show the increase of youth violence, even surpassing adult crimes, and the most common denominator in the commission of violent crimes by young people is gang membership. This is something we should not take for granted. There are positive things that we can do. We can begin while our children are small to protect them from future gang involvement by strengthening our families. Everything we do to strengthen the family can help protect our children against the influence of dangerous groups.

thanks for posting. Gang influence can't be controlled. In fact they are increasing in numbers. I have my brother influenced by them. I called them online gamers gang. I felt so angry because my brother did the cutting of school classes just to play online games with them. Now i have quarantine my brother by not sending to school since we all are expecting him inside his room but actually inside computer game room. I decided him to stop going to school since was already advised to retake all his subjects. So hurting to felt that i have to stop him from school but i have too.
