hello, mylotters!
are you planning to have a trip abroad soon? or are you living/working abroad?
do you keep a roaming sim card and use a roaming service each time?
i have tried using roaming service before but i gave them up because i need to make sure that i'm using two mobile phones. all right, i've got a dual-simcard phone but it's a hassle to shift from one to another and then back. the roaming service i used are for sending and receiving sms only. if i travel from here to my homecountry, i use roaming service only for incoming sms but seldom for sending replies. i never answer calls because they are costly, too.
how about you?
are you still using any roaming service when you travel abroad?
is it convenient and affordable?
do you use a separate phone for it?
thanks.

If I did have to travel, I wouldn't have to have another sim card. My phone is capable of traveling internationally and all I I would have to do is pay the fees to use it. However, I don't travel much and I haven't been out of Florida in years. Farthest I've gone is DC. And, I don't plan on going any father then jax. (If that ever happens) which is only two hours away.
