Do you read the newspapers to get more info on the same important news you have just watched on TV or do you watch on TV the same news you have just read - only to either confirm the contents or to have more information? I do that many times especially when the news is very big or important and can easily be talked about for 2-3 days and also to get the exact details.
How many of you do that?

I do both, watch news on tv as well as read in the papers. However i find it more satisfying to read the news in the papers and it comes in details.Granted the visuals on tv make it more interesting but the different news channels sometimes give conflicting reports and that makes it more confusing.

I prefer watching television in terms of news, morning, evening, i am the one who catch the news on tv, or the net, i want to watch the real action, an easy to understand the news, and more exciting.

I listen to the news every day. My husband and I have our favorite channel for news, both the local and national. If a story is particularly interesting or I want to learn more, I go to the internet to get more information. Our local newspaper has a website so I look there for the local or community news. The national or international news I check with different sources through the search engines. I try to keep informed on the issues, but sometimes when all the news is bad or sad, it is pretty depressing to watch or read.

I don't really pay a lot of attention to the news. We did watch it on tv this evening; however, that is the exception to the rule. Most of the time, I either hear my news on the radio going to or from work or I read it on the internet. I don't hunt out news on the internet but sometimes a heading will catch my eye.
