In most cases no. But it's advisable to get a Tetanus shot if you hadn't had one in five years or more. If the hamster is biting, there are several reasons for this. I'll name them, and then go from there.
Hamsters have a keen sense of smell, so if you had anything you were eating with your hands, the scent of the food will be on your fingers. They are drawn to fruit, cheese, cheese flavored foods, etc.
They can also smell if you've been around another animal. Hamsters have many natural enemies, and if you own a cat or a dog, or even a snake always wash your hands after handling them and before handling your hamster.
Another reason she could be biting is that she is simply scared. If you just stuck your finger straight in to pet her, as if pointed, she might have thought it was a snake. Fear of biting is most common after smelling food on your finger.
If she is your first hamster, I would recommend getting a few books on hamster behavior. If none of the reasons listed above are the cause, have her evaluated by a vet. If the hamster did have rabies, you'd know it by her extreme and vicious behavior. Foaming at the mouth, eyes rolling, and more.
If all else fails, take her to a vet if you can afford it.

Hi, forsko. You can go to the hospital and let them check it out of it is bleeding. Does it look very wounded in appearance? I think that you should at least get this checked out especially, if you know for a fact that your pet hamster has not received a rabie vaccine. I hope that you will be okay.
