What do you prefer? Try something new or implement only something familiar?

Some people prefer to the new challenges in order to find our their potential,as some people implement only some tasks with which they are familiar, because they don't dare to accept the unexpected results. Which one do you prefer?

I love to innovative things and ideas.I prefer finding a second solution to the same problem.It makes me have more options.The familiar ways is known to all.Knowing another way which may be though but it opens up options.But yes you are right innovative and unfamiliar ideas are often not accepted.
