We don't want to feel cold when we stay in room in winter. Ideally, a bedroom should be a little cool when we go to bed. While many people often crank up the heat inside of a bedroom area, too much heat can actually lead to a night filled with restless sleep. A decrease in body temperature automatically leads to drowsiness. Therefore, any room filled with a massive amount of heat will not help you sleep. When the temperature inside of your bedroom is too high, your body will constantly struggle to bring down your internal temperature. As a result, any possibility of restful sleep instantly turns into a night filled with nightmares, and constant tossing. I often kick the quilt when I feel hot. If it is not very hot I can sleep well. Do you like a little cool or hot in your bedroom when you sleep?

I definitely like slightly cool air when going to sleep, that's why I try to ventilate my bedroom every evening. I can even stand some cold while going to sleep, because it makes me feel more comfortable, when I manage to warm the bed up. Anyway, I hate plain cold or hot air, these two are conditions that disturb my sleep very seriously.

Hi There,
In my country it is hot day throughout the year. So I prefer to sleep in a little cool bed room. If I feel cool, I can just easily put on a thin jacket or put a blanket. So turning on the air cond is a must every night. But if happen it is raining, I sometimes will have sleep in warm bedroom as outside is already cooling.

I always feel comfortable sleeping in a cool environment that's why I bought an air conditioner when i got my savings enough last October, 2009. I used to suffer from insomnia before when I still didn't have an air conditioner because I could hardly stand sleeping in a warm place, especially here in our country. Well, I still experience insomnia nowadays, even if I already have this appliance. But, it isn't that worse compared with what I have experienced before.

I can not sleep when it is hot. I have to turn on the fan at night when I go to sleep because my husband has the heater up so high it just irritates me so bad. I like to have my sheet cover and another cover over me with the fan on and just fall asleep watching t.v.

i would say cold because when your feeling hot you can't really do much about it, but when your cold the feeling of getter warmer as you stay wrapped up in your blanket is the best.

It depends on the weather and or the season. In the winter i would sleep with my sweater on and two covers. In the spring it doesn't get too hot or too cold so i sometimes sleep with the cover pulled down a little bit so can can be warm and cool at the same time. In the sumer time, it gets hot and I do the same thing with the covers like in te spring time. Even though in summer time the weather can go warm to hot so i sleep with the window open. Fall can get a bit chilly,so i have the covers pulled up over me.
