How to have small tummy in a month??

please help me on this. Actually a year ago I have a tummy that is 24 inches but now I already have 26 inches!!.. and we have a cheerdance competition in february. please give me some advice on how to make my tumme smaller cause were gonna wear a dress with our tummy out.. Give me some pointers or ways on how to have a smaller tummy and beautiful curves.. thanks a lot!!
