Hey all,
I need views opinions on a Cyberharassment. Should we press charges?
This guy that was dating my mom for like 3 years, recently deceided to post all my mom's info online.... I mean ALL physical description, make of car, including her car tag (plate), where she lives; he even made a threat to her entire family; I called this to her attention and she has since changed her hair color, and plates in fear of what was posted wtf do I do? I have contacted the police, as well as the site all this info was posted on... now what? :"(

Cyberharassment, Police must counter this crime on how can they trace it. How can avoid it, Is there anyone go to jail with crime?

"We" have teamed up with the site that these posts were published on, they have been very cooperative thus far, we are also working with our local Sheriff in an attempt to press charges, I say we, but actually it is I.. I do not know how to get my mom to realize this is not OK, she trusts everyone... ya know? OMG she is such a sweet woman

This is really a serious matter. You have done right job, contacting the police. Do your mom know who the guy is? where does he live? what is his name? please give all the information to the police. Police will catch that guy, don't worry.
Please don't give any personal information on internet. You should not trust any one on the net.

Yes she knows who he is, and the "site" has also confirmed this person; they met and dated.. that is how he knows her personal info. Please everyone learn from this; you may think you have trust in someone, but sorry to say that trust may be abused. Stay safe! HUGS
