Heyy I know that! :)
Not only chewing gum helps lose weight, it in fact improves concentration, prevents us from teeth grinding and exercises our jaws thereby preventing locked jaws :) However I rarely eat chewing gum because I'm not really into it.. :)
Hehehe I prefer candies more.. because they are yummier.. but of course, regarding what you just said, still nothing beats exercise than gum chewing :D
