Amen! Life is just much better when a person lives his or her life learning from one's mistakes, forgiving and forgetting those they have hurt and have hurt them. Right? So, who goes for a better life? Raise your hands up!
=)
Life is good!

I think that leading a life of optimism is a good thing. It keeps you from getting too discouraged when things don't exactly go your way. However, I think that there is a limit to the optimism one should feel. I think that we should never go into blind optimism. When I say blind optimism, I mean not allowing yourself to grieve and feel pain because you feel like you should always look on the bright side of things. Grieving is an important and healthy process. If you are truly optimistic about life, then you know that despite grieving, things will be alright.

I couldn't agree more. Life is much too short to waste it with complaints, worries, and grudges. I used to be a very hateful person...but carrying hate for people, life situations, or anything else only turns out to be a poison for the person allowing this hate to consume them. It's so sad to see so many people going through life aimlessly...being mean to people, complaining about things they could simply fix if they weren't lazy, making judgements against others and therefore missing out on potential friendships or smiles.
People don't understand that life is what you make of it. If you want to be happy, you are the one responsible for not being happy. Make some new decisions...mend your broken relationships...look at life through a light, not a darkness...and perhaps you'll find what you're missing.
