I experience dejavu sometimes too. It's this weird sensation you get when you think something that has happened before is happening again, sort of like history repeating itself.Personally I think this feeling is a past life memory thing, you remember an experience that is similar to one you have had in a past life.

I think dejavu is part of our sixth sense. Our minds calculate quickly what could happen and poof its dejavu. I'm not sure though what they mean. Most times I have weird dejavu but its so unfamiliar I just get over it. I'm an avid chess player and I often dream about chess and its like dejavu that I am playing when I actually lie close eyed in my bed. By the way according to wikipedia dejavu is the experience of feeling sure that one has witnessed or experienced a new situation previously (an individual feels as though an event has already happened or has happened in the recent past), although the exact circumstances of the previous encounter are uncertain.
Well my dreams are different from my actual chess games but I see them as suggestive or even inspirational. Because of my dreaming of chess I always go to chesscube.com and play there. I either lose or win but I'm having fun anyway.

It is a good answer. sometime I think.. dejavu is possible that the experience of our dreams have been forgotten. And when it appears.. dejavu it is the even where we can recall the dream that we've experienced and are in the same situation in the dream. I do not know which is correct..
