I have been that position many times. There is nothing much you can do. It is very difficult to track them and the cost of bringing them to justice is far greater than the site owe you. All you can do to post warning about them in public forums.

If I am in that position, what I would be doing is, I would simply curse the site and its owner, scold at him in bad words( although no use of that) just in order to vent out my anger and start posting in forums and sites like mylot that ********.com site is a scam and never join in them. For Eg, I have the experience of getting scammed with AWsurveys.com and wht i started doing after then is to start posting abt the real color of that site.

What would I do if I were in that position? I would give them the benefit of the doubt and would contact admin and ask the reason as to no payout. I would wait about a week and if I received no reply I would try contacting them again. If still no reply, I would contact paypal (if they use paypal) and tell them of the situation. I would also notify any and all members of the site in their the forum that I was not paid. Then I would warn anyone else, through other forums and messagesboards, that this is a scam site and not to join.
Sincerely in Christ,
Leesa C.

I don,t think there is anything i can do, but if i could really have my way, i will come and look for you, no matter where you are in the world and then you are going to be in very big trouble. I am not the kind to play with, in such matters.
